Azure Copilot is an AI-powered tool that helps you do more with Azure. Azure Copilot uses large language models (LLMs) and insights about your Azure environment to help you work more efficiently. You can access Azure Copilot from within the Azure mobile app, as well as in the Azure portal.
Azure Copilot can help you explore the range of services and resources that Azure offers and find the best ones for your needs. You can ask questions in natural language and get personalized information based on your own Azure resources and environment. Azure Copilot can also help you achieve your goals by generating code snippets and suggestions.

Use Azure Copilot in the Azure mobile app
In the Azure Mobile app, select the Copilot icon to launch Azure Copilot.
To start a conversation with Azure Copilot, enter your query in natural language. You can also use the provided prompts that appear above the keyboard in the mobile app. These prompts are based on common tasks and your Azure environment. Azure Copilot responds with relevant information, code snippets, or suggestions that you can use to monitor and manage your resources. When needed, it prompts you to provide more information or select a specific resource.

To provide feedback on any response, select the thumbs up or thumbs down icon. This feedback helps us improve Azure Copilot and make it more useful for you.
Capabilities
For more information about things you can do with Azure Copilot, see Azure Copilot capabilities. Keep in mind that there are some differences in functionality when using Azure Copilot from within the Azure mobile app. Key scenarios in the Azure mobile app include:
- Getting answers to general Azure knowledge questions
- Generating CLI and PowerShell scripts
- Generating and running Azure Resource Graph queries
- Getting cost management information
- Getting information about Azure resources, concepts, services, and offerings
In some cases, Azure Copilot might not be able to complete your requests, or might have limitations in responding. For more information, see Current limitations.
