Authenticator deleted

Hello,

We do not have access to our Authenticator app again as it was deleted a while back, however we have access to the emails on the account. We just need someone to help take this off, case has been opened for days now

We have raised an issue since the 26th and today is the 3rd still no response - case [Moderator note: personal info removed].
