    To help me check this issue, could you please confirm:

    • Are you logging in on a new phone (Android or iPhone)?
    • Do you have Microsoft Authenticator installed on your phone?
    • Are other Office apps (Outlook, OneDrive, Word, etc.) working normally?

    Hi,

    Are you able to log in using Teams Liveon your phone?

    In the meantime, try to clear the cache of your Teams app on your phone. If the issue persists, clear the data.
